Sometimes we must decline specific content—artwork, imagery, or copy—that conflicts with the high standards to which we hold our business. That is a decision about the work itself and never about the customer requesting it.

Content is reviewed at intake. Any project declined at intake is refunded in full. If a project is revised after acceptance in a way that takes it outside our content standards, we may stop work, bill for work completed and materials consumed, and refund the balance. At all times, Real Deal Branding reserves the right to decline business based upon a project whose content compels us to produce expressive content that conveys a message our management cannot associate with, speak, or otherwise support.

The customer warrants that it holds all rights necessary to reproduce the material submitted.
